All stall confirmations and cancellations are due at the time of the posted cancellation date listed on the NCHA website. The cancellation fee associated with this policy is posted on the NCHA website as well and is enforced by our secretaries. Due to the availability and demand of stalls...all outstanding cancellation fees must be paid in full before further stall reservations are confirmed for any person.
